Women in Construction Week traces the history of women in construction, their challenges, and the ways they’ve been able to overcome them. This holiday takes place during the first week of March every year to highlight all the great initiatives and work of women within the industry; to appreciate the women who have taken the bold step to enter the construction industry, and to encourage those willing to make similar commitments.
In honor of the holiday, we would like to show appreciation to Heather Shrum. A woman who is instrumental in the progress and success of many projects here at Trident Building Systems. She constantly demonstrates impressive management and leadership skills through her hard work. We take immense pride in her dedication to TBS and appreciate her commitment and dedication!
