Last year, we partnered with Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) to complete these pre-engineered buildings— two classroom buildings and one multi-purpose building with our metal roof system. This 26,377 SF, New Port Richey campus expansion project replaced the six portable classroom buildings that were there prior.
Each classroom building holds 11 classrooms and creates capacity for more than 300 additional students. The multi-purpose building also brought many new features to the campus, including administration offices, on-site therapy for speech pathologists and occupational therapists, a science lab, and more!
Pepin Academies was established in 1999, as a public non-profit and tuition free charter school that serves students with specific learning and learning-related disabilities. They serve grades 3 through 12 with a positive therapeutic educational environment. Pepin Academies also offers a transitional job-training program geared towards young adults from 18 to 22-years-old, with on-site career training through community partnerships. They currently have 3 campuses—Pasco, Riverview, and Tampa with over 900 graduates as of 2022. This state-of-the-art Pasco campus sits on 14 acres in New Port Richey, alongside 5 acres of Florida flatwood trails for student exploration and education.
