Partnered with Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) to complete three pre-engineered buildings— two classroom buildings and one multi-purpose building with our metal roof system. This 26,377 SF, New Port Richey campus expansion project replaced the six portable classroom buildings that were there prior. Each classroom building holds 11 classrooms and creates capacity for more than 300 additional students. The multi-purpose building also brought many new features to the campus, including administration offices, on-site therapy for speech pathologists and occupational therapists, a science lab, and more.
